Not working anymore

Dear gamesoft,

For months I've been using your Outlook 2013 Add-In. However since a couple of weeks it doesn't seem to work anymore. One day it just didn't show up anymore when opening Outlook.

When I go to "File > Options > Add-Ins" it is listed under the "Inactive Application Add-ins.
When I continue with "Manage COM Add-ins" I can mark the checkbox in front of Outlook2013TodoAddIn but after clicking the OK button it doesn't work. It seems to start loading but fails to complete and finally is hidden again. I don't get any error messages.

I have tried reinstalling the Add-In completely but to no avail.

FYI: Outlook 2013 (15.0.4641.1001) MSO (15.0.4641.1002) 32-bit Part of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

I would love to get it working again so any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

I guess the obvious questions apply here, did you install anything new in your Office setup like a service pack or additional features? Can you check the system logs to see if anything is happening?

Please remember that only support for local calendars is working, so if you have Google or iCloud ones it may crash.

FYI, I have uploaded a new version that simply shows any initialization error messages of the add-in, so can you please try that and let me know what happens?

I can only speak for myself of course, but I love it. It's so much more useful than the peek Microsoft offers.
